I have worked in private practice and mental health services, including a specialist service for the LGBTQ+ community. In addition, I have worked with patients in the ward of a local acute mental health hospital within the NHS. I have undertaken comprehensive training in mindfulness teaching, approved by the British Psychological Society. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and a Senior Accredited Member of NCPS (The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) and abide by their ethical frameworks and guidelines.
